The Position

We’re on the lookout for a Training Services Administrator who brings energy, initiative, and pride to their work.

In this newly available position, you’ll work closely with our trainers, consultants, and clients, you’ll help coordinate and deliver a wide range of programs from Private Group Training to Public Courses, Mock Trials, and more – right across Australia.

Flexible Working Hours

This is a permanent part‑time role (27 hours per week) which is perfect for a candidate who prefers school‑hours work or needs a schedule that supports work–life balance. Following your initial in‑person training at our Campbelltown office, you can transition to work‑from‑home or hybrid options.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordination of training bookings, schedules, and equipment needs, ensuring every program runs like clockwork
  • Prepare and send polished proposals, confirmations, and training documentation
  • Process invoices and maintain accurate records, keeping our admin systems running smoothly
  • Manage calendars, training dates, and process workflows
  • Provide high‑level administrative support across all training operations
  • Assist with course logistics, ensuring all materials and documentation are completed accurately and delivered on time 
  • Maintain professional, friendly communication with clients and stakeholders, representing the business with confidence

  The Ideal Person Will Possess

  • Previous administration experience within a training or education environment (highly regarded)
  • Exceptional computer skills, with strong proficiency across Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Outstanding organisational and time‑management abilities, with a knack for juggling multiple priorities
  • Clear, confident written and verbal communication skills
  • A proactive, self‑motivated approach, with the ability to anticipate needs and take initiative
  • Experience using a CRM system such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar (desirable)
