Compliance Officer (12-Month Fixed Term – Full Time)

$90,000 + Superannuation

We’re seeking a detail-driven and proactive HSEQ Compliance Officer to join our team on a 12-month fixed-term contract.

Reporting to the National Manager, you’ll play a critical role in strengthening our compliance framework, supporting audits, and driving continuous improvement across the business.

 What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead the development, implementation, and ongoing management of our Integrated Management System (IMS) aligned to ISO 45001, 14001 & 9001
  • Take charge of external audits, building strong relationships with auditors and leading the process end-to-end
  • Conduct internal audits, delivering insights that drive meaningful corrective actions
  • Oversee and optimise the compliance system 
  • Manage annual ISO audits nationally
  • Analyse risk and compliance data, producing reports that inform strategic decisions
  • Maintain and enhance policies, procedures, and compliance documentation
  • Ensure regular inspections and reviews for all logistics equipment are completed and compliant
  • Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and lead internal audit programs
  • Coordinate and deliver training programs related to IMS and compliance requirements
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives
  • Contribute to key compliance areas including WHS, Modern Slavery, Environmental and Packaging standards 
  • Build strong, effective relationships with stakeholders across the business

What You Bring

  • Minimum 3+ years’ experience in a similar compliance role
  • Strong working knowledge of ISO 45001, 14001 & 9001
  • Experience within a warehousing and distribution environment
  • Proven ability to lead audits, interpret findings, and implement corrective actions
  • High-level analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
