The challenges you’ll thrive on
- Navigating complex stakeholder environments and building trusted relationships
- Balancing operational realities with WHS requirements across multiple business units
- Managing competing priorities in a fast-paced, reactive environment
- Influencing without authority, and getting real buy-in
What you’ll bring
- Tertiary qualifications in Work Health & Safety, Risk Management, or similar
- Minimum 5+ years’ experience in a WHS role within a complex or high-risk environment
- Strong experience in risk management, auditing, and incident investigation
- The ability to influence, coach, and engage stakeholders at all levels
- A proactive mindset with strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Confidence working both strategically and hands-on in operations

What you’ll gain
- A role with genuine purpose and visible impact
- Exposure to a diverse, dynamic, and highly engaging operational environment
- The opportunity to shape safety culture across multiple sites
- A collaborative partnership with Safety Australia Group and internal stakeholders
- The chance to grow your influence as a trusted WHS leader
