Safety Management
Our safety philosophy is based around these basic principles which are underpinned by current safety regulations and safety codes of practice:
► Commitment to safety starts from the top down with management sponsorship
► Have an active Safety Management Committee
► Consultation – “safety is everybody’s business”, so involve workers in safety decisions
► Risk Management – identify safety issues and rectify the issue before injury occurs
► Training and supervision – making sure that workers can do their job safely
► Reporting – create an environment that workers can confidently report safety issues and incidents
