WHS Harmonisation Breakfast & Information Session

As you would be aware the National Harmonisation of Workplace Health and Safety Laws are due to come into place on 1st January 2012.

All businesses will be required to adopt changes in Workplace Health and Safety as they are enacted in each State.

  

At a top level the key changes will include:

► WH&S Consulting
► Enhanced roles for workplace health and safety representatives
► Changes in the roles of trade unions
► Changes in law court jurisdiction
► Revision of penalty and offence structures
► Revision of due diligence obligations

Please join us at this Breakfast / Information Session where we will provide an overview of the new legislation, and answer any concerns or questions you have about compliance or Workplace Health and Safety issues.
