The following model Codes of Practice have been approved by Safe Work Australia members and the Ministerial Council and are available for download from the Safe Work Australia website:

An additional 15 draft model Codes of Practice are being revised following the public comment period:
► First Aid in the Workplace; ► Managing Risks in Construction Work; ► Preventing Falls in Housing Construction; ► Managing Electrical Risks at the Workplace; ► Managing Risks of Hazardous Chemicals; and ► Managing Risks of Plant at the Workplace; ► Safe Design of Building and Structures; ► Excavation Work; ► Demolition Work; ► Spray Painting and Powder Coating; ► Welding and Allied Processes; ► Abrasive Blasting; ► Safe Access in Tree Trimming and Arboriculture; ► Preventing and Managing Fatigue in the Workplace; and ► Preventing and Responding to Workplace Bullying;
