Permanent Recruitment Placement Fees

Contingent/non-exclusive Brief
% of total employment package + GST.

Exclusive Brief
Discounted % of total employment package + GST (minimum 6 weeks exclusive to Safety Recruitment).

Retained Brief
Heavily Discounted % of total employment package + GST.   1/3 of fee on preparing the brief, 1/3 on short-listing and 1/3 on placement.

Contractor Rates

Contractors are employed directly by Safety Recruitment and then assigned to the client.  The client is then invoiced on a weekly basis at an agreed all inclusive hourly rate (minimum 4 hours).  This is a simple and flexible option for clients that don't want the trouble of processing payroll and all the associated taxes.
